Charities We Support
The Help Foundation
The H.E.L.P. Foundation is a Canadian non-profit disaster relief and integrated medical aid organization. It supports long-term humanitarian assistance programs for people around the world, irrespective of race, creed or political persuasion.
H.E.L.P. Foundation's mission is to provide integrated healthcare services to people living in developing countries, victims of natural disasters, war and civil unrest.
H.E.L.P. Foundation designs, develops, and maintains integrated medical clinics and teams capable of delivering quality medical care to respond immediately with medical relief, and continue its support as long as there is a need.
December 2004's devastating tsunami is no longer news, but the aftermath has wrought unthinkable challenges for survivors such as those on the island of Kho Khao , where the tsunami inflicted some of Thailand's worst damage.
The H.E.L.P. Foundation was founded and incorporated in 2005 by Dr. Gurdev Parmar, soon after the tsunami ravaged the South East Asian coastal countries. Dr's. Karen and Gurdev Parmar were in India at the time of the tsunami, but chose one of the heaviest stricken areas in Thailand, the island of Kho Khao as the first H.E.L.P. site.
RainCity Housing Support Society
Integrated Health ClinicTM is actively involved in supporting and promoting support for the less fortunate in our communities. We engaged in a campaign to donate coats this past winter to the Rain City Homeless Shelter in East Vancouver. RainCity Housing and Support Society, formerly Triage Emergency Services and Care Society, is a grassroots organization built around compassion, purpose and a commitment to delivering progressive housing and support solutions for people living with mental illness, addictions and other challenges.
Haiti Relief Fund
Integrated Health ClinicTM is actively involved in supporting relief efforts to Haiti. Donations by staff and patients were coordinated and forwarded to the Haiti Relief Fund through Heart to Heart Children's Orphanage and Ministry of Haiti.
