Dr. Rados is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from UVic; she is trained in the assessment and management of both acute and chronic health conditions.

Shania’s clinical focus includes women’s health, contraceptive care, and primary care at all ages from infancy to menopause. She takes a structured, systems-based approach to patient care, integrating medical history, laboratory data, and individual health goals into personalized treatment plans.

She has a particular interest in hormonal regulation and reproductive health, including menstrual concerns, contraception, and transitional phases such as puberty and perimenopause. Her work in primary care includes preventive health, acute illness management, and supporting healthy development and aging.

She aims to provide care that is clear, evidence-informed, and responsive to each patient’s needs, with an emphasis on safety, continuity, and long-term health outcomes.

Shania was born and raised on the island, and is excited to work White Rock, so close to the ocean.
