TITLE: Understanding Patient Perspectives and Acceptability of Integrative Palliative Care in Metastatic Cancer

About the Study
This research project aims to explore how and why patients with metastatic cancer seek out and accept integrative naturopathic care, and what their experiences have been. The goal is to better understand patients’ views, feelings, and challenges related to the integration of naturopathic palliative care to improve symptom management and quality of life.
Who Can Participate?
- Adult patients (18 years or older)
- Diagnosed with metastatic cancer in the past 5 years
- Currently receiving or have received integrative naturopathic care for at least 3 months (e.g., integrative therapies combined with standard palliative care)
- Able to communicate in English
What Participation Involves
- A 45 to 60-minute interview conducted online via Zoom
- Option to have your video on or off during the interview
- Audio recording of the session for research purposes (transcribed confidentially)
