Lifestyle & Trigger Management:

  • Sleep optimization

  • Identification of dietary or environmental triggers

Nutraceutical Support:

Recommendations are individualized based on patient history and tolerance.

Ultrasound Guided Injection Therapies for Migraine:

When appropriate, in-office procedures may be used to reduce peripheral nerve irritation and muscular contributors to headache.

May include:

  • Greater occipital nerve blocks
  • Trigger point injections
  • Perineural injection therapy
  • Ultrasound-guided nerve hydrodissection (in select cases)

These therapies aim to reduce pain sensitivity, decrease muscle tension, and calm irritated nerve pathways. They are often used alongside rehabilitation and strengthening strategies.

Prescription Medication Support:

Our doctors carry prescriptive authority in BC and can offer a wide variety of pharmaceutical options for chronic migraine treatment as well as acute or abortive migraine treatment options
