It is my personal journey navigating between conventional medicine and naturopathic medicine that has inspired me to help patients, parents and families on their own unique journey. My journey began with several miscarriages and not being sure where to turn for help and answers. It was hard to navigate the opinions of several different healthcare professionals and ultimately I had to advocate for myself to get the care I needed and wanted. It is my hope that I can help you make the best decisions for you and your health. I will collaborate with you and any of your trusted healthcare professionals to help you make decisions about your personalized treatment plan. I want you to understand your options and I will utilize a realistic, natural and evidence-based healthcare approach.

I have a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UBC, and graduated as a naturopathic doctor from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. I am a member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA), am board certified in acupuncture, can prescribe pharmaceuticals and IV/chelation therapy.
I am married with 3 children and live in Abbotsford, BC. I enjoy painting and being creative and spending time with my family. I love cooking and creating healthy and delicious meals. My husband is very outdoorsy and does his best to get me out into the wild, which I do enjoy but I am a city girl at heart.
I want to support you and your family to become your most vibrant selves. So many people are going through life with less than optimal energy, sleep and digestion. After feeling suboptimal for so long it is often hard to realize how bad things have really gotten. I look for the root causes of any disturbances and help you correct them and start feeling better sooner.
I believe in prevention and treatment of the root cause of illness. Therapies that I may use include laboratory testing, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, botanical medicine, homeopathy, bio-therapeutic drainage, vitamin and mineral supplementation, lifestyle/nutritional counselling, and physical medicine.
