Dr. Gurdev Parmar is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Integrated Health Clinic® (IHC). He is licensed to practice in both British Columbia, Canada, and Washington State, USA. As a clinician-researcher, Dr. Parmar leads an active research program at IHC and collaborates with oncologists and researchers from leading universities and hospitals around the world to advance evidence-based cancer care.

Dr. Parmar serves as Residency Director and Supervisor of the Naturopathic Oncology Residency Program at IHC, a CNME-approved postgraduate training site affiliated with Bastyr University. In 2009, he established Canada's first locoregional hyperthermia treatment program. In 2018, he became the first non-European physician to be nominated as President of the International Clinical Hyperthermia Society (ICHS). He was also one of only ten North American naturopathic doctors selected to serve on the OncANP Delphi Panel, helping develop foundational consensus statements for the profession.

An internationally recognized speaker and educator, Dr. Parmar lectures on clinical hyperthermia, the tumor microenvironment, integrative oncology, and evidence-informed cancer care. He is the Lead Author and Editor-in-Chief of the Textbook of Naturopathic Oncology: A Desktop Guide to Integrative Cancer Care and the author of Arming the Immune System: The Incredible Power of Natural Immunity & the Fever Response. Dr. Parmar is also the Founder and Chair of The Parmar Foundation (TPF), a registered Canadian charity (Charitable Registration No. 118834712RR0001). The Foundation was established to accelerate innovative medical research, expand collaborative multicenter clinical studies, and improve access to integrative cancer care.
