Prolotherapy is a gentle-but-powerful injection therapy clinically proven to reduce joint and muscle pain and promote healing. During a prolotherapy treatment, a small amount of solution (typically including dextrose and the anaesthetic procaine) is injected into a joint space and/or the surrounding muscles. This “restarts” the body’s natural healing process, for stronger, healthier, less painful muscles and joints.
