The Health Myself Online Appointment Booking Portal provides a secure and convenient way for patients and providers to engage online.
Book and manage your appointments securely and conveniently online without the need to call the office.

In this first phase of our online booking tool launch, available appointments will be limited to follow-ups and certain doctor administered treatments. Other treatments such as IV therapy, injections and blood draws are not at this time bookable online. We are working on this for our next implementation phase.
Please remember, this is an optional program. Should you wish to continue to make appointment bookings by calling the clinic, our patient care coordinators will continue to serve you in this manner.
We will be sending patients an email inviting you to register for the portal. Please accept our invitation to join the Myself Patient Portal, and you will be guided through the registration process. Once registered, you are good to go for online bookings.
When you log in to the portal and select “Book Appointment”, you will be presented with a list of appointments available to you for booking with your primary provider at Integrated Health Clinic.
Once you select the appointment type you want, you will be presented with the opportunity to book the next available appointment.
If that particular appointment does not work for you, you can view the doctor’s full schedule availability by selecting “View all available”. This will reveal a calendar view of the doctor’s schedule.
Select the appointment time on your preferred date and select “submit”. Your requested booking is now submitted to the clinic patient care coordinators for approval.
Once the appointment is approved, you will receive an email confirmation as well as a reminder email 48 hours before the appointment. If you would like to turn off email notifications, please change the setting in your preferences.

- What is secure messaging?
Secure messaging is a means of communicating with our patient care coordinators in a more secure manner than standard email.
- How quickly can I expect a response?
Secure messaging is intended to be used for NON-URGENT administrative questions. Responses will be sent within 1-2 business days, during regular office hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- What types of messages are appropriate?
Secure messaging is suitable for queries related to appointment rescheduling, test results, provision of information, requests for requisitions that have been lost, and other common administrative issues.
- Who will respond to my queries?
Secure messages will be screened and responded to by the reception staff. This service is not intended as a direct line to your doctor for clinical questions or concerns.
